Tilt Hockey stands behind every stick we make. If your stick breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we'll replace it.
Warranty Periods
All Levels
45 Days
All Tilt hockey sticks are covered by a 45-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Structural failures under normal use
- Blade separation from the shaft
- Shaft cracking at the hosel
Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from gameplay
- Damage from slashing, abuse, or misuse
- Cosmetic damage (paint chips, scratches)
- Sticks modified or cut beyond factory specs
- Damage from improper storage or extreme temperatures
How to File a Claim
Submit Your Claim
Fill out the warranty claim form below with your order details and a description of the issue.
Send Photos
Reply to the confirmation email with clear photos of the broken stick — shaft, blade, and the break point.
Get Your Replacement
Once approved, we'll ship your replacement stick. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on the replacement.

Warranty Terms
Tilt Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick if it is broken due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is limited to one replacement per original purchase. The replacement stick may differ in graphics or cosmetic details from the original.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the replacement stick. Warranty claims must include clear photos of the damaged stick. Tilt Hockey reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover sticks purchased from unauthorized retailers.
